Playing Catch Up

Over the next few months, I will be playing catch up. It has been almost 8 years since I posted anything about the build. A lot has happened since then.

Most of these posts will simply be pics by month or week until I get caught up. I will try to add some descriptions where i can.

Murphy Super Rebel

Back in July of 1998, my father and I took a trip to Oshkosh Wisconsin during the annual EAA Convention currently called “AirVenture.”

At the convention, he bought a Murphy Super Rebel home built aircraft kit.

This is the Murphy Moose.  The Moose is the “beef’d” up version of the Super Rebel.

I am going back through all of our pictures and notes and will be posting many of these to document the build process.  This is to satisfy the FAA 51% rule on homebuilt aircraft.
